Our Free 90 Day Adjustment Policy
Should you find that your mattress is too soft or firm, we are happy to adjust it for you, free of charge, within 90 days of your delivery date. This only applies to the Oxford and Devon models - the Suffolk model is non-adjustable.
We recommend sleeping on your mattress for 2-3 weeks before scheduling your free adjustment, as it can take some time to get accustomed to a new bed, particularly if you've been sleeping on the same older mattress for years.
To organize your free adjustment in Calgary, simply contact us. We typically suggest coming in to the shop first to try out the desired change but if you are not located near one of our showrooms, we can help you make a decision over the phone. Once you've decided on a new firmness, we'll make arrangements with you to adjust the mattress either at your home, or in our shop depending on the model.

Our Free 90 Day Adjustment: Calgary & Toronto
Oxford Adjustments (Calgary & Toronto):
We offer one free adjustment in the first 90 days after receiving your mattress, for a maximum of 2 half layers of latex. Under our free 90 day adjustment policy, new layers will only be provided upon the return of the original ones.
Beyond the first adjustment, it is possible to purchase additional layers at a discounted price within the first year. A maximum of four layers can be changed within the first year of purchase.
- From 90 to 180 days from the date of delivery, replacement layers may be purchased at a 50% discount from the retail price.
- From 180 to 365 days from the date of delivery, replacement layers may be purchased at a 25% discount from the retail price.
- Replacement layers purchased after the one-year mark are offered at full price.
- Any original components that you replace by purchasing new ones, are yours to keep.
Should you require our team to provide in-home delivery, a $100 service fee would apply (applies for both the 90-day and extended adjustment policies). Exchanging or picking up layers at our showroom is at no extra cost.
Devon Adjustments (Calgary Only):
We offer one free firmness adjustment (changing the latex) in the first 90 days after receiving your mattress, for either one or both halves of the mattress (at the same time).
Beyond the first adjustment, it is possible for us to rebuild the mattress with a new firmness discounted price within the first year.
- From 90 to 180 days from the date of delivery, a firmness adjustment may be purchased at a 50% discount from the retail price.
- From 180 to 365 days from the date of delivery, a firmness adjustment may be purchased at a 25% discount from the retail price.
- Firmness adjustments after the one-year mark are offered at full price.
- All purchased Devon adjustments entail a $100 service fee, unless you are able to drop off and pick up the mattress at our workshop.
Mattress Protector Requirement:
- We require that a mattress protector must be used to qualify for our adjustment policy.
- We reserve the right to refuse adjustments to mattresses that have stains, rips, or excessive wear.
Our Free 90 Day Adjustment: Outside of Calgary & Toronto
For customers located outside of Calgary and Toronto, we offer one free adjustment for Oxford mattresses only in the first 90 days after receiving your mattress, for a maximum of 2 half layers of latex.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with sending out replacement layers, as well as sending back original layers.
- Original layers must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the new ones, in the same packaging as the replacement layers arrived in. We will provide a shipping label to be attached to the box and ask that you drop off the package at the designated courier.
Beyond the first adjustment, it is possible to purchase additional layers at a discounted price within the first year. A maximum of four layers can be changed within the first year of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot adjust spring-based mattresses (the Devon and Suffolk) from a distance due to expense and the likelihood of the product becoming damaged in transit.
