During this challenging and quickly-changing time, we wanted to provide a place where you can find all our most recent updates:
Our showroom is closed, but we're still open online!
Due to the Alberta government's recent closure of all non-essential businesses, we have fully closed our showroom and will no longer be accepting private appointments at this time.
Fortunately, we are still able to accept orders online, and continue to provide free delivery and shipping.
While we understand that buying a mattress is a big decision and that the showroom closure will affect some shoppers, we are confident that we can assist you from a distance. After all, we have successfully guided hundreds of customers across Canada to find the mattress of their dreams, without ever having laid on it.
How we can support you during the COVID-19 closure:
1) Our knowledgeable staff are standing by
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any question and we'll get back to you within 2-3 business days. You can also request a call-back, if you prefer speaking to someone directly.
2) Our website is full of useful information!
3) Extended Adjustment Policy in effect
To help make our mattresses more accessible at this time, we have extended our adjustment period to 120 days, and will provide 1 free adjustment on the Oxford mattress anywhere in Canada. All other adjustment period conditions apply. Click here to learn more about this current offer.
4) Organic Cotton Face Masks now available
We have been hard at work creating reusable face masks, available here for purchase. (Due to the overwhelming demand for masks at this time, we are donating a portion of these to local front line efforts.)
Support your community
Local businesses are key to community resilience during times of global uncertainty, yet they tend to be hit the hardest, especially now that most of us have had to close our doors. Please consider shopping local when possible, and look-out for new online ordering, pick-up and delivery options from your local favourites.
Please consider helping individuals and families close to you who may have limited or higher-risk access to resources at this time. Something as simple as picking up extra groceries for an elderly neighbour can go a long way!
Sleep is more important than ever!
Sleep is necessary for a strong immune system, for managing physical and mental stress, and for the energy needed to take care of yourself, your family, and your community in difficult times.
Please prioritize sleep, and contact us if we can help you with that!
Be safe and take care of each other out there,
